Colts Wrap Up: July 8 – July 14 thumbnail

As the season is winding down, the Colts are still playing strong! The Colts played a double header against the Rockhounds on July 10 and won both games, the first 17-0 and the second 7-0. July 12 was our Youth Night at the Park, with every kid in attendance 18 & under entered into a free raffle for Colts gear and gift cards from our sponsor of the evening Sooper Credit Union. There was a great turnout despite the weather and we raffled off a mini Colts bat, t-shirt, performance shorts, hats, and gift cards from Sooper Credit Union! The Colts fell to the Boulder Collegians in the first game 4-1 and the second game was rescheduled due to the weather. The Colts had a great day of games on July 14, first making up Friday’s second game by beating the Boulder Collegians 8-0, then playing two games versus Impact Sports winning the first 5-4 and the second game 4-1. The Colts also played the Slammers and unfortunately lost 7-4. Overall, it was a great week for the Colts. Come support the Colts in the Regional Tournament this week located at Double Angel baseball fields in Parker, CO today , tomorrow, and Friday of this week.
